Frontlines REMOVED - Making Frontlines GREAT Again!

Frontlines and Domination have been removed from Battlefield V! DICE has decided that the modes have insufficient player numbers to be worth maintaining and seem unhappy with the execution of the gamemodes and tailored maps as well.
