BForArtists is a fork of the most recent version of Blender, but with a much more artist focused user interface. This means some fundamental changes like left click being used for select and move and a new theme, to a complete reorganization of menus and toolbars... oh yeah, and tool bars. They also have their own help files, in a comprehensive set of searchable PDF files.
