I understand I should be doing combo exercises to be more efficient and I will get to that. For now I want to focus on this simple motion with biceps. Another practice will be a front shoulder raise + tricep hammer curl for 100 reps since our triceps are likely too advanced for 10 pounds and if we are to train the shoulders as of now we will be training it with very light weight instead of heavy to increase the reps range tremendously which can be a compound endurance training since the shoulder is a very versatile muscle and will find a way to use this range of motion to it's advancement.
