The recently announced changes to Xbox & Bethesda has Microsoft reorganizing Xbox leadership in a MAJOR WAY with promotions to both Sarah Bond and Matt Booty.

Matt Booty specifically has been promoted to president of gaming content and studios, which includes the responsibility of overseeing operations at ZeniMax and Bethesda.

Given the way Microsoft Studios games have been handled this console generation under Matt Booty, one has to wonder whether he is the right man for this new role.
