7The Warriors of Chaos sorely need a overhaul in Total War Warhammer 2 because since their release in the original Total War Warhammer they have been neglected and was not very well designed. The SFO Grimhammer team have been able to vastly improve the Warriors of Chaos design with their own overhaul. They have changed the technology tree, they added a new currency in devotion that can be used for buffs and chaos daemon units. They also added chaos fortresses and changed the horde buildings to help with the economy of the faction.
So to try all these changes we are playing a Mortal Empires campaign as Archaon the Everchosen and our goal is to invade Kislev, the Empire and Brettonia and spread corruption and terror across the land.
Simply Fun Overhaul: Grimhammer II is a whole game mod that changes every aspect of the TW: WH II to be closer to the lore and Warhammer universe. We are long fans of Warhammer and want to share this passion with all of you thanks to this mod.
SFO mods are not meant to be better than vanilla game but meant to be a different experience! Vanilla is still great!
