Edit: So I looked at the wiki and it turns out that for some instances, it has happened from entering the boss fight from the left and right sides of the screen, thus allowing a chance that the first attack a dashing enemy would do would be the dash attack and with that, there is a chance that he would be stuck on that dashing animation for the entire fight.

Sorry for the bad quality as I was using my phone's camera to record this. I was randomly doing a Judas run when all of a sudden, I found the dark one doing his charge dash move but stuck in the animation and unable to move. He started doing this right as soon as the battle started and it's the only time it happened. I'm not sure if this is a PS4 thing or it's a thing for all versions, but I found it on the PS4 version.
