===== About Mutilator =====
Mutilator is a giant robotic boss character, which means that it is far larger than all of the other characters. Her movement is slow and clumsy, but her power and mutilating abilities make up for it. She is overpowered, and you can only hit her in the head area.
When you select Mutilator, she is always locked to her boss background no matter who you fight. This makes her even more powerful because on this background, if a normal character falls into the water, the creatures in the water will eventually mutilate and end the character's life, making it very difficult (and annoying) to fight against Mutilator. Mutilator herself on the other hand, is immune in the water should she fall into it.
===== Additional Information =====
---- On the character select screen, when Mutilator is highlighted, her portrait image is a messed up image.
---- On the character select screen, when Mutilator is highlighted, notice it's name is "PEACE" below the flawed portrait. This name is actually unique as there is no other character called Peace in the game.
---- In Arcade mode, when you reach up to the fight against the sub-boss Clonus (a mirror match character), the game will lock. This is because it is not programmed to clone Mutilator.
---- Her move list is flawed.
---- Sometimes she causes a slight flaw on the versus screen.
===== About Bio FREAKS =====
Bio FREAKS is a fighting game which combines fist fights, firearms and flight, and consists of an extremely dark and futuristic Western atmosphere. The character designs are also very Western, which is typical of the kind of characters that Midway/NetherRealm Studios create.
From a personal point of view, the gameplay is pretty bad. The CPU opponents seem to be extremely difficult to defeat, and the fact that dismemberment of your arms can happen so easily and early in fights (usually when you're shot at) means that you're pretty much screwed if it does happen. There is a Shield move you can do which activates armor (when you turn into silver) to protect against bullets, you have to do this constantly to have any chance of winning a fight.
On the backgrounds themselves there are also traps which can hurt and dismember you, which only adds to the annoyance especially if you're fighting against the CPU.
Overall, this game really annoyed me... it really does seem that they made the blood and violence aspect of it the main draw rather than the gameplay. Or maybe it's because I'm just bad at the game and have bad taste perhaps.
