Mayhem is a boss character in this game. He is an unlockable playable character.

He seems to be one of the main bosses of the game, with the same status as Sane. However, the energy depletion he inflicts is closer to a regular character, because he is legitimately playable after all. He cannot crouch nor jump.

===== About Rise 2: Resurrection =====
This game is the sequel to Rise Of The Robots, and this time round it's not as bad as the prequel. They've made the roster quite large, and the game retains it's 6-button move system.
Overall it's playable, but it's very basic and boring. The fact that robots/mechs lack personality doesn't help either, and the special moves are quite hard to perform. The game features a theme composed by Brian May.
