BIOGRAPHY OF FOOTBALL: Nicolas Anelka
They call him Le Sulk. Nicolas Anelka has a nomadic playing career to say the least. He was plucked from PSG for £500,000 by Arsene Wenger, won the double and quickly left for a huge profit to Real Madrid. His career saw him ply his trade at Liverpool, Manchester City, Bolton and West Brom in England, as well as Chelsea where he enjoyed the most success, winning a golden boot and a league and cup double. He will probably be remembered for controversy, no more so than which included his exclusion from the 2010 World Cup after a spat with manager Raymond Domenech.
