To capture the game I used AMD Relive. The capture was recorded on the highest settings possible and also rendered in Magix vegas with a high, near lossless setting. The video is native 1080p with 60fps.
Sometimes the audio stutters a couple seconds but after 5 seconds it will be back to normal, so just wait and the audio will resume. This is a known issue with AMD Relive. I will, from this point forward, only be using OBS to record even better quality videos to you guys. :)
