If your system too hot or noise when max boost(CPU), try this.
1. Show Your Frequency CPU(Real Time):
- Install conky: $sudo apt install conky-all
~ 3MB.
-Run: $conky.
2. ScreenShot BIOS Gigabyte:
- 1 USB FAT.
- Restart System and Press "Delete".
- In BIOS: Press F12 to screenshot.

3. My BIOS Gigabyte:
CPU i5-6400:
- Intel Turbo Boost Technology:
+ Max 33(=3300MHz).
+ Min 8(=800MHz).
Where Number(33,8)?
A: In Turbo Ratio (*-Core Active) with (PageUp/PageDown).
My Setting(it cool, not too HOT and noise):
+ 4 Core: Turbo Ratio = 27(not max 33).
HOW:
-+ Move Left/Right Down/Up to Select.
-+ Enter to show menu select(eg: Auto/Disable/Enable).
- M.I.T/Intel Turbo Boost Technonogy: Enabled.
- Turbo Ratio (*-Core Active): 27(put number or PageUp/PageDown to select for safe).
-+ F10 = Save and Exit, It restart system.

If Intel Turbo Boost Technology: Disable.
My System will run CPU 800MHz(Locked). It verry cool but slow for working.
with Enable and set max 33 to 27, all OK.
- Run small app, task: ~ 8, 9 =~ 1GHz
- Run Hevy app, task: max 27=~2700MHz(2.7GHz).
Working OK, cool system(in summer), low noise from fans.
