1. Update to last driver:
- Open Settings: Update & Security
- Click "Check for Updates".
Or Download Driver from WEB(Chip intel, amd, mainboard gigabyte,asus,...)
2. Turn Off "Effect" PC:
- Open This PC: Right-Click, Open Properties.
- Open Advanced system settings(4nd).
- Tab Advanced: Performance/Settings...
- Select Adjust for best performance(to disable all),
Keep "Smooth edges of screen fonts".
3. Turn Off "Gaming" Mode:
- Open Windows Settings: Gaming.
- Disable all "Blue", turn off all.
4. Turn Off "Start Up" program.
- Open Task Manager.
- Tab Start-up: Select name and R-Click to choce Disable(Status).
5. Turn Off Windows Defence:
- Search "Service".(Cannot,IT BLOCKED)
- Turn Off = Disable(2):
+ Windows Defender Antivirus Network Inspection Service.
+ Windows Defender Antivirus Service.
- R-Click, Select Properties...BUT IT BLOCKED.
So try:Local Group Policy Editor
Press WINDOWS KEY + R or right-click start and choose run
Type gpedit.msc - Click [ok]
Select Computer Configuration
Click arrows
+ Administrative Templates
+ Windows Components
click Windows Defender Antivirus
On the right hand side - double-click "Turn off Windows Defender Antivirus"
Click (o) Enabled
Click [ok] button.
6. Other:
- Notifications & actions: Disable All.
- Multi_tasking: Disable(2nd-4nd).
