0This is part 21 of my Bioshock Let's Play. We're in Fort Frolic in this Bioshock game, and starting to get a taste of Sander Cohen's madness. He's got a device called a quadtych that he wants his "little moth" to help him complete.
This is part of a Bioshock let's play. Bioshock is a game by 2K Games. The first Bioshock game was released in 2007. Bioshock has 2 sequels. The Bioshock gameplay is first person shooter. Bioshock won several Game Of The Year awards.
This is part of my Bioshock playthrough features Bioshock gameplay and audio, and commentary by me, SecondEraOfMoles.
Bioshock is set in the underwater city of Rapture. Having survived a plane crash in the middle of the Atlantic, you stumble across it's hidden entrance. You are immediately attacked when you enter the city, but are helped to survival by Atlas. With Atlas' guidance, you gain some plasmids - substances which give you superhuman powers like telekinesis and shooting fire from your fingers - as well as weapons to help fight off the locals. These inhabitants are called Splicers - people that have spliced so many plasmids into themselves the thirst only for more. They will kill you to gain Adam, the currency for buying plasmids. Atlas wants to escape Rapture, and will help you as long as you take him and his family with you. The founder of Rapture, Andrew Ryan, has let the madness grow, so that the imagined Utopia has descended into a subnautical hell.
This episode in my Bioshock playthrough is the second in fort Frolic. Sander Cohen has trapped us here in the previous episode, and cut off all communication to both Atlas and Andrew Ryan. Cohen wants us to kill four people and photograph them to display on his quadtych - a weird gallery. We pick up the crossbow as a new weapon, and come across an Elite Bouncer - a new variation on the Big Daddy.
