This is a Retrostasis lets play. Retrostasis is an indie game by Ludiorum. Retrostasis was made for the GDC game jam. Retrostasis placed 4th overall in the jam. The theme of the jam that the Retrostasis game was made for was Nuovo. The Retrostasis gameplay is 2d platformer, with Energy being a unique aspect. The Retrostasis visual style is pixelated and minimalistic. The Retrostasis music was made by SYNC. Retrostasis was recently nominated for the Game Jolt Jolties 2016 for best game of the year. This Retrostasis playthrough features Retrostasis gameplay and audio, and also commentary by me, SecondEraOfMoles.
In the Retrostasis game, you play as a robot. One of your robot friends is in pieces, and you must find the parts to repair it. There are several places you must go to find the parts, and many obstacles along the way. These obstacles include platforms, pistons to crush you and blasters to shoot you. Be careful, because you only have a limited store of energy to use. Walking, running, jumping and powering platforms will use up energy; passing by control terminals and collecting parts will give you some energy back. There are 5 parts to collect to complete the game.

"Retrostasis is an open world puzzle/platfomer game I made in 72 hours for Gamejolt's GDC jam. You play as a robot who has to find parts to repair another robot.
