"Chapter 16: Worker Induction Center"—Having reunited at the induction center, Fink laments over the loudspeaker about workers' rights, and the pair continue onward to Finkton Proper in search for Chen Lin, the gunsmith. Booker and Elizabeth further explore the Finkton Worker Induction Center, and it's only a matter of time before the authorities are alerted to their presence. From there, it's down a service elevator into Finkton Proper, where the player is further introduced to the work philosophy of Jeremiah Fink before arriving at the Plaza of Zeal. Turns out that Fink would like to consider Booker for a "job," and invites him to a "job interview," while providing him supplies, which include a Hand Cannon and Sniper Rifle, as a goodwill gesture for their visit.
Booker finds mission-critical items and collectibles in the following order:
