"Chapter 24: Finkton Proper"—The war between the Vox Populi and the Founders spills out into Finkton Proper, as Booker and Elizabeth rush back to the gunsmith shop to find the Lins murdered. Did the "tear" help or hinder their mission? A new recording from the Booker of this world (who still has a debt to pay) reveals a partnership with Slate and the Vox Populi in exchange for helping him get "the girl." With Chen Lin dead, and weapons in the hands of the revolutionists, it's on toward the factory to get back the airship.

Booker finds mission-critical items and collectibles in the following order:

- Charge Vigor (Now accessible, previous barrier is destroyed.)

- Voxophone (50/80): All Debts Paid (On table in entrance to Chen Lin's shop.)
Looks like I got a friend in town after all... Slate. He's fell in with these "Vox Populi." And for irregulars, I will say—they are loaded for bear. Problem is, I got to help them with their revolution first... then we take Comstock House by storm. I do that, I get the girl.
