Bioshock Remastered with Cinematic ReShade on Linux - Proton/DXVK/Reshade - Fedora 31
I have finally managed to install ReShade on Linux.
If you don't have Windows, you need these steps
1# In order to work, you need the latest Proton Version or a Custom one (e.g GloriousEggroll version)
2# After that you need to download ReShade from the official site and extract the .exe file (i use 7-Zip with wine because I can't find a better program...).
3# Open the folder and you have two files, one called ReShade32.dll and the other ReShade64.dll.
4# Now you need to copy one of these files on the Game folder, if your game use DX9, copy the 32 one and rename it d3d9.dll instead if your game use DX10/11, copy the 64 one and rename it dxgi.dll
5# Almost finished you need to download the Shaders of Reshade and copy the folder reshade-shaders inside the game folder.
6# Last Step open winetricks with protontricks and install on the prefix,
d3dcompiler_47.dll and d3dcompiler_43.dll.
7# Run the game.
If you have Windows
1# Download ReShade from the official site and install it like a normal program.
2# Reboot in Linux and continue to step 6
