My first personal best after two major glitches were found.

The Electrobolt cutscene skip + the Ryan Central Control cutscene skip save around 2min ~2,5min if executed perfectly. I did manage to do them decently but I lost time in many other areas because of mistakes I made. So, there is a lot of time to save. The speedrun time without loading screens was 46min 09sec
