James from ItsMuchMore was invited to the member exclusive new Autumn menu tasting event at Bistrot Pierre.

We had the opportunity to try tasters of dishes from their NEW Autumn menu including slow-cooked marinated wild boar tortelloni with artichoke purée, tarragon and red wine jus and warm cured fillet of salmon, beetroot purée, pickled cucumber and baby sorrel with a chilled glass of Veuve Devinne wine with our compliments.

This was a perfect opportunity for us to sample dishes from their Autumn menu before it launches across our Bistrots on 29th September.

We visited the Nottingham Bistrot Pierre for our testing invitation.
