Welcome to the final part of Bit. Trip Core! Today, we go through Control. I honestly have no tips for this stage (considering this was my second time ever beating...and my second time ever playing it). It's tough, but it actually seems a bit easier than Exploration, especially since the patterns repeat enough times for you to understand them without needing to study the stage on multiple attempts. The key is to just not get overwhelmed by all the stuff on screen (...which can be said for any level in this game really). As for the Asteroids boss...sorry, but I have NO clue what advice to give for it. Both times I beat it, I felt it was pure luck, and I was always too overwhelmed to pay attention to patterns (if there were any). Still, the level itself isn't that bad, and I feel another attempt would have netted me an even higher score (and possibly a better showing on that boss due to some extra confidence).

Bit. Trip Core is pretty much an omni-directional shoot-em-up where you can't let a beat coming from one side of the screen escape to the other. The more beats you hit, the higher your power level goes (with Hyper being the standard, followed by Mega, then Super; in Super, your score continues to increase just for being in this level whether or not you hit any beats). Missing pixels lower your level, and if you miss enough, you enter the Nether level (and messing up here means game over). You control Commander Video by aiming with the directional buttons and shooting passing beats.

https://twitter.com/Capitalist111 Hi, I'm Capitalist111, but you can just call me Capitalist! I produce a wide variety of gaming content for Youtube every day. I do Let's Plays of my favorite games as well as games I feel get a bad rap or deserve more noteriety (with the occasional blind LP). No genre is off limits! You'll also find reviews, walkthroughs, quick looks at Indie games, Legend of Zelda lore, and random cool clips of whatever I might be playing at the moment. Sound good? Then stick around; you might see something you like!
