I tried this because God of War also had a nice FPS boost and it's the same here,.. might be worth giving it a try if you don't mind the 21:9 and the fps boost could also be traded for a higher scaling resolution.

You can customize benchmark settings to preview game visuals and performance under different graphics options. I am using the Cinematic Preset for the Non-RT options, there is a whole range of presets you can use though.
