The SVU-AS sniper rifle in Black Ops 2 has a weird hitbox glitch that lets you shoot through people's chest and do no damage to them. It seems to miss shoulders, arms, and outer chest for the most part but sometimes misses a dead center chest shot. Some testing after this video lead me to believe that this only happens on your second shot (the one you need to kill). I'd highly recommend avoiding this weapon on this odd bug is fixed.
