Black Ops 2 has a lot of strong secondary weapons but only two true machine pistols. The first one you unlock is the 3-round burst B23R. This is the most commonly used secondary online even though it may not technically be the best. It is used often because it is a very easy to master and anyone can kill effectively with it.
