I finally decide to try Nuketown again.
Been avoiding it because the lag is so bad in this game even if the search preference is set to Best.
Kill Confirmed is fucking ridiculous in general(poor spawns) in BlOps2, but on Nuketown it's insane.

1 hour after the v1.03 patch, appears to have resolved the previous issues:
Hard freezing the PS3 in lobby....(hint: don't look at player cards).
Matchmaking saying waiting for additional players to balance teams when it's 12/12.
Matchmaking randomly switching the lobby to custom games with 18 players and then resetting everyone's Create-A-Classes.
