Wii U Black Ops 2: Pro Controller - Mike5GSR 18-2 Overflow TDM
Mike5GSR goes 18-2 on Overflow TDM for Wii U
Oh man, this Wii U version has got some issues!
Less than 900 people playing online.
Most of all, the controls are terrible.
The Wii U Pad is uncomfortable for those with large hands.
I have to curl my trigger fingers in to hit the triggers.
The face buttons are too low below the right stick.
The Wii U Pro Controller is barely better.
Triggers are placed better and the face buttons are closer to the left stick.
However...they're still placed poorly.
I played this shit for an hour and still end up doing a weapon switch when I'm just trying to reload.
Same problems occurs when I try to jump/climb...always end up crouching instead.
The sticks have the potential to be good, but instead are trash.
They have the same height, tension and travel as Xbox 360 sticks except the heads are convex instead of concave.
I am having extreme difficulty aiming.
Problem is the game has totally different acceleration settings than the PS3/360.
I still have not found an adjustment where ADS doesn't end up super fast when cranking up the sensitivity for turning.
X & Y axis also seem to have equal acceleration.
The game is even laggier than PS3/360.
Supposedly the Wii U has Wireless N but the signal is obviously trash.
My Wii U is literally 3 feet from my D-Link Wireless N router and I'm still a 3 bar most matches.
Game looks crisp but does take framerate dips...cannot maintain 60 fps like the PS3/360.
Maps load twice as slow as PS3.
