This is the first step towards fastfile modding in Black Ops 2 on the Wii U.

A decrypted and decompressed fastfile is called a zone file.

Note:
I'm using a special compiled version for the Wii U which I'm not going to share yet. You cannot use existing tools because they need to be compiled with the Wii U's decryption key and not the one(s) from PC, PS3 or XBox360. It isn't too useful right now anyway.
