This is mostly to test FPS using the new discovered "fix" by the community.
The fix is that the local.dat / local64.dat files (the game's text files) are largely responsible for low FPS/stutters. So someone provided a modified local.dat/local64.dat that cuts most of the game's text.
But I want to see how it fairs on essentially what is usually "low FPS" settings/ high graphical settings; 64-bit Client, using mostly maxed in-game settings. -- Watch live at https://www.twitch.tv/chaoslordr
