Quick Overview:
[FPS Fix]:
1. Open NVidia control panel
2. Navigate to "Manage 3D Settings". It should be located on the LHS of the window.
3. Under either "Global Settings" or "Program Settings" scroll down to the option "SLI Rendering Mode"
4. Make sure you set this to either "NVIDIA Recommended" or "Single GPU".
5. Reload the game client and under your graphics options menu set the framerate limit to 80. (Not mandatory but may help prolong the use and avoid wearing down the single card faster than the other.

[Random Crashing Fix]: first I just want to say that this may not work for everyone but for me it was the solution as well as for roughly 50%-60% of people having similar random crashes.

1. Open task manager.
2. Disable/End Task for Razer Synapse as well as any other Razer software running in the background. There should also be one called Razer Chroma SDK or something like that.
3. Reload the game client.
