It's very difficult when you read three straight great comics and then you hit one that's a slog to read. Such a promising premise and a good start to this book it's a shame it gets bogged down by gender, race, socioeconomic obstacles/issues pushed as replicant analogies. We want the origin of the Blade Runner, not a drawn out subtle diatribe about what is wrong with Los Angeles. We want Blade Runner, not Dull Blade. Wastes a lot of great art as well.
