Floor 2 of episode 4 played blind on expert difficulty. This must be where they experiment on those zombie mutated guards, there are quite a lot of them about. I find quite a few secret areas here, including a hidden switch down a long corridor that opened a barrier, though I've no idea where that barrier was on the map.
Note - Occasional choppiness is due to the bstone source port. It has a better control scheme than the DOS version which is why I'm using it but can vary in performance and gets choppy when turning and strafing, presumably because the game wasn't designed for that.
