Floor 9 of episode 3 played blind on expert difficulty. This is the final floor of episode 3 so there's another Goldfire fight and another boss to deal with, the breather beast. Once they're defeated there's still a gauntlet of enemies to get through before you reach the exit.

Note - Occasional choppiness is due to the bstone source port. It has a better control scheme than the DOS version which is why I'm using it but can vary in performance and gets choppy when turning and strafing, presumably because the game wasn't designed for that.
