The "secret" floor 10 from episode 5. I went back to an earlier save to play this bonus level, once I'd realised how to access it (use the red key found on floor 9 to go up a floor). This is a double bonus because there's another secret level Sub-Lunar Testing Labs tucked away in it's depths.
Note - Occasional choppiness is due to the bstone source port. It has a better control scheme than the DOS version which is why I'm using it but can vary in performance and gets choppy when turning and strafing, presumably because the original game wasn't designed for that
