Floor 2 of episode 6 played blind on expert. This is a large floor with lots of bodies strewn about, implying the mutants were on a rampage before you got here. I came close to 100% but just couldn't find that last hidden area, though it wasn't for want of trying.

Note - Occasional choppiness is due to the bstone source port. It has a better control scheme than the DOS version which is why I'm using it but can vary in performance and gets choppy when turning and strafing, presumably because the original game wasn't designed for that
