15A brand new Open Beta just launched for a new blockchain game called Blankos Block Party! If youve ever collected vinyl figures, or played online MMOs like U B Funkeys and Webkinz, or if you enjoy competitive/creative games like fall guys and fortnite, then Blankos will probably appeal to you. In Blankos BP, you can collect figures/skins called Blankos.
Each Blankos skin has a set stock limit, so only a certain amount are "produced" for each type of blankos character. This creates a rarity system, where some blankos are very valuable! The game has a marketplace where you can buy and sell your blankos, making purchasing these skins a possible investment.
Blankos can gain XP for levels, and spend skill points to become faster, fly longer, do cool moves, slide better and more. You also unlock cool cosmetics to equip your blankos with as you play and show off to other players.
Everyone is allowed as many creative block islands as you want. Here you can create your own gamemodes/levels for other people to play. These include races, trials, PvP gunfights, obstacle courses, parkour maps, giant slides for vibes and more (vibes are a powerup you collect in-game to complete daily challenges and gain energy)! The lobby/hub is called the junction, where you can meet with friends between matches and do quests for cosmetics and XP, as well as ingame currency. You can also publish your creative builds for the entire world to play and rate later, as well as play your friends and strangers games!
The game is in beta right now, so it isnt perfect, but you can clearly see the potential, and dont mistake this game for a rip-off either, its making history being the 1st AAA blockchain game, and may become much bigger than you realize over time.
