Blazblue Central Fiction working on Linux(Proton)
The game is not working on Proton 5 because of this version of Proton have D9VK enabled by default. Disable D9VK by using PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% on the launch options of the game in Steam.
Finally thanks to Steam, Proton 4.11.2 and Github user z0z0z Blazblue Central Fiction is now playable on Linux, still to bypass the crash to desktop because the intro video you need to use the trick described here.
https://github.com/z0z0z/mf-install
to install Media Foundations in the game wine prefix.
Stable 60FPS still some weird lag on select screen but nothing else. Choose Lambda because some of her sprites can make the game to lag on some PCs when other chars are steady 60FPS.
Recorded on low quality because I don't want OBS to take many resources.
