14Bleam by Lionhead. This demo ranked 1st place at Assembly 1998. It runs in Win9x and uses D3D. It is especially optimized for a 3dfx card. So I used Voodoo2 SLI here.
The demo runs with graphical artifacts even on a modern machine.
