Heres another test of the same problem I showed in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h9b7X45SsFs This is with a different clip, the problem is similar this time. This time in 2.6, the alpha channel is only correctly showing up for just a few frames. Same settings etc in both copies of Blender. In 2.49b it shows up perfectly of course. Bizarre. I even tried it with an effect strip in 2.6, no change in result. Video clip is same format as in the previous video, Quicktime Animation codec in mov container. Premiere loves them.
