Bless has a particular skill system, you have 4 kind of skills.

First one is for a fight stance, this will define the rest of skills, some can also give passive and active skills itself. Depending on your stance, some skills have different effects.

Second is for active skills, you can only choose 8 acitve skills from a selection, so you need to create your own build. Similar to other games like Guild Wars.

Third is for combo or extra skill. You can activate this by using certain skills. There is a trigger notification on screen when you can use it.

Fourth are passives, you can only equip 4 passives from a selection, you have to choose again.

Since you are limited with skill selection, you also have 5 tabs for 5 different skill builds, you can alternate between builds with keybinds or directly from UI. Seems you can't switch between builds while in combat.

There is no global CD in general, only for certain skill set. i.e.: Ranger Sniper Shot and Chain Root shares global CD.

I also managed to translate some UI since it was all in unencrypted plain text, so i used some google translator and it worked :P
