1There was one rebellious group called The Union who directly opposed The Controller. Sometimes seen as terrorists. But we get money to join their large scale opparation to take over Crest's data storage facility, knowing Crest is likely to work with The Controller. Knowing we may have been attacked by a secret enemy unit and the odd bio-organic weapons in the sewers, we wonder if The Controller had anything to do with it.
It was meant to be a joined operation with Mirage, but their units never showed up. We still managed to destroy the generators and overtake the data storage facility. Crest is using this to push a lot of blame on the union and weaponize against them, whereas mirage seems to use the chaos to attempt to take over the controller. Unknown units we had fought before are popping up all over the place. We only deduce that they are The Controller's very own units, but we can't fathom why they'd attack us so randomely?
