Blizzard Wants WoW Token in Classic – No Thanks Bro!
5Blizzard’s recent survey on WoW Classic/Classic+ included a question about adding the WoW Token, an item that lets players buy gold with real money. The community response was overwhelmingly negative. Many say it would ruin the old-school experience, lead to economic inflation, and create pay-to-win gameplay. Critics argue it violates the original promise of an authentic Classic. Some support the idea to fight bots and gold sellers, but they’re in the minority. Overall, the token is seen as a major threat to gameplay balance, economic fairness, and social trust in Classic WoW. I think it would be an awful idea to implement such a token. Please don't buy into this.
