Steps-
-Open the Telegram app on your phone.
-Tap on three horizontal lines on the top left side of the screen.
Now, tap on Contacts.
-Select the contact/person you want to block.
-Tap on their name or profile picture, then click on the three dots on the top right corner of the screen.
Scroll down & you'll see Block, tap on it.
Click on OK.
