Shadowlands' story was excellent for me because it brought attention back to areas of extreme interest that had always been there, including Icecrown Citadel and the Lich King history.
Of course, that history can't be told without involving the Blood Elves. Patch 9.2.5 wraps up some loose ends and undoubtedly segues us into Dragonflight. The only question is, can we expect more of this type of thing!
