Looks like some kind of flying bird or vulture, simply flying into the opponent will hit them. After you have selected him on the character select screen, you can actually control him on this screen!

Blood Storm is a gory game, and it was made in 1994 to compete with Mortal Kombat. The two stand-out features of the mechanics are that once a character loses an arm or both, then he/she cannot perform moves with the button that corresponds that arm; and the other feature is that moves can be passed over, much like the Mega Man games.
