Flag 3:Changes the Shadows on the Pit Stage
Flag 4: Reptile hints after every match
Flag 5: unlimited continues
Flag 6: CPU will always fatality
Flag 7: Background always Courtyard

and there is also a option in this menu to turn the blood code on and off
