Did this at level 65, with a fully upgraded Saw Cleaver along with 3 different Fire Gems:

Fire ATK UP + 19.5 %
Add fire ATK + 12.5
WPN durability DOWN -58.5
As we can see in the video in some instances you can make him do a "forced AOE -attack", (at 03:50) which you get when you attack both head and front leg at the same time after the initial AOE attack. Do a running R1 followed by an L1-attack. He can usually do it 4 times in a row if you're lucky.
