Notes:
This soundtrack was recorded from a real SEGA Mega Drive (PAL, Model 1, VA4) using a Mega Everdrive X3 cartridge. All tracks were recorded at 96 KHz 24-bit using a Sound BlasterX G5 sound card and the stereo headphones jack located at the front of the Mega Drive. All tracks except the level 8 track were recorded by using the sound test. Level 8 was recorded while playing the game. While in a level, there is no music like in the Mega-CD version but instead there's ambient noise. This ambient noise changes in pitch once you enter a different level and is not found in the sound test. In most levels, the ambient noise plays at the same time as the computer bleeps and it is impossible to turn these sound effects off without also turning off the ambient noise. This makes it impossible to isolate the ambient noise from the other sound effects. Because of this problem, the ambient noise in these levels has not been recorded. Level 8 is the only level where the ambient noise plays uninterrupted. Track titles and order are based on the sound test and how the tracks are presented while playing the game. The sound effects in the sound test have been recorded as one track although every individual sound effect has its own title.
