Bluestacks 4 controller setting 2020
In this video i will show you how to connect controller in bluestacks 4 on pc.

Steps

Open BlueStacks settings by clicking on the hamburger menu or through the gear icon on the bottom right.
Click on the "Preferences" tab, in the settings menu, as shown below.
In the "Preferences" tab, scroll down and click on the checkbox beside "Use game's inbuilt gamepad controls" as illustrated below.
