to do this you need to 1st obtain the safe key from the rcxd side quest and then you need to do the picture frame side quest ... after that is done you need to activate the yet to be released mister peeks field upgrade near the picture frame in directors office by the portal to get mister peeks to remove the painting and reveal the safe, you then need to kill the deciple that spawns and after that you can loot the safe for the free aether blade reward and intel
how to obtain the mister peeks field upgrade early before it is released to complete this side quest and open the aether blade safe
