This is a Sea Wolf the Next Mission motherboard. It has MANY lifted or missing solder pads. This is an easy fix, if you cant determine which trace it's on. I also show a way to clear the throughhole without a fine tipped soldering iron. This board is a pain to work on with my spare iron, but I'm getting through it. I hope this helps.
