The Chinese say that every time you experience a new taste, a year is added to your life. I don't know if that's true, but if so I just added a year. This is just a short vlog trip to my back yard to peruse my preparations for growing vegetables, and then I have my first experience eating chickweed:

Chickweed is a weed that grows wild very commonly, it's pretty easy to identify, and it can be used as a sort of salad green. The flavor is vaguely reminiscent of, well, grass clippings. But in a good way. Chickens are also quite fond of it, hence the name.
